Class Details - Foundation Training
Foundation Training is designed to build muscle memory through repetition and re-program your body to move as it was meant to. By teaching your body to move correctly you are able to counteract the poor posture modern life places upon you everyday and allow you to either recover from injury or push your sports to higher levels reducing risk of injury caused by incorrect movement.
Introductory Assessment: A 50 minute no obligation assessment $100
This is for potential clients looking to find out more about Foundation Training, and to ensure it is the correct tool for you to achieve those long term goals.

Private coaching sessions provide dedicated personal training tailored to clients specific needs and goals.
